Semi-Permanent Make-Up

Let Jan help enhance your natural beauty and take away the daily hassle of having to apply make-up. Jan attended Debra Robson-Lawrence’s Academy on Harley Street and graduated with a Diploma in Semi-permanent make-up. Since then she has furthered her training with Gail Proudman of Finishing Touches and mastered advanced skills in lip blush. After having applied local anaesthetic cream, pigments are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin using highly sophisticated techniques. Eyebrows are defined with ultra fine strokes which simulate real hair, eyes are given emphasis and lips are subtly perfected with softly blended contours.

Your treatment
A full consultation will be given by Jan prior to treatment.
It is essential that photographs are taken before and after your treatment. This allows a true comparison to be made of the change to your appearance.
The final shape will be agreed before treatment.
A local anaesthetic cream will be applied to the skin prior to your treatment.
It is advised to take anti-histamine prior to eye procedures to help stop the eyes from watering.
A second appointment will be made for your make-up to be topped up after 4 weeks following the initial treatment. If for any reason the follow up appointment is postponed, please bear in mind that it must be rescheduled to take place within 3 months of the original treatment. This is included in your price.
Post treatment after care procedures will be advised.
The effects will last approximately 12-18 months.

Possible side effects
Although we will ensure that the final result is balanced, clients must be aware that perfect symmetry would not look natural.
You may experience localised bruising however this is extremely rare and short lived.
Clients who experience cold sores are advised to take a course of prescribed antiviral tablets prior to lip procedures as there is a possibility that an outbreak could be induced.
Blood donors may not give blood for one year following semi-permanent cosmetic procedures.
