Patient Satisfaction Survey on completion of treatment
Patients who have undergone eye surgery are the best people to ask about how good their vision is and how well a clinic looks after them. At Kirkwood Fyfe each patient’s eyesight is of our utmost concern and that is why we ask our patients what they think of the level of care we provide and most importantly - how well they can see! On completion of treatment, each patient was given the option of ‘Very Happy’, ‘Happy’ or ‘Unhappy’

We aim to maintain these great results so that all of our patients leave Kirkwood Fyfe feeling happy and confident with their vision and knowing they have been given the best care we can provide.
Lois Noble (right) is one of Kirkwood Fyfe’s nurses during eye surgery procedures. She has had Laser Eye Surgery at Kirkwood Fyfe and this allows her the freedom to enjoy her hobby of hill races with the Cosmics runners.

"My contact lens prescription was +12.25 and +14.00 without my contacts I was almost blind! From the minute I arrived at the clinic I was put at ease by the very professional staff. Bobby (Mr Fyfe) was very thorough and he explained every step of what he was doing, he advised me on what options I had and I had my left eye done the following week with the other one 14 days later. The transformation was instant, I couldn’t believe the difference.
